By registering on Vivaah Nepal, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register.
• You must be legally eligible to marry under the laws of your country of residence.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with any other person.
• You must not create multiple accounts.
• Providing false information will result in immediate account termination.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• A subscription fee is required to access full platform features.
• Payments are manually verified by our team within 1-3 business days.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable once a profile has been approved and activated.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Using the platform for any purpose other than genuine matrimony search.
• Harassing or intimidating other users.
• Uploading obscene, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempting to scrape or reverse-engineer the platform.

5. Profile Approval

Vivaah Nepal reserves the right to approve or reject any profile at its sole discretion.

6. Limitation of Liability

Vivaah Nepal facilitates introductions but is not responsible for the outcome of any match or relationship formed through the platform. Users should exercise due diligence before meeting anyone in person.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kathmandu, Nepal.
