These Terms and Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Vivaah Nepal Marriage Bureau and the client using its services. By using our services, the client agrees to comply with all these terms.
नेपाली:
यी सर्त तथा नियमहरू Vivaah Nepal Marriage Bureau र सेवा प्रयोग गर्ने ग्राहकबीचको कानुनी सम्झौता हो। सेवा प्रयोग गर्दा ग्राहकले यी सबै सर्तहरू स्वीकार गरेको मानिनेछ।
English:
The client must be at least 20 years old.
The client must be unmarried, widowed, or legally divorced.
The client must be legally eligible for marriage.
नेपाली:
ग्राहकको उमेर कम्तीमा २० वर्ष पूरा भएको हुनुपर्छ।
ग्राहक अविवाहित, विधवा/विधुर वा सम्बन्ध विच्छेद भएको हुनुपर्छ।
विवाह गर्न कानुनी रूपमा योग्य हुनुपर्छ।
English:
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and verifiable information.
Required documents include photographs and valid government-issued identification.
Membership may be terminated immediately if false information is discovered.
नेपाली:
ग्राहकले सही, पूर्ण र प्रमाणित जानकारी दिनुपर्छ।
आवश्यक कागजातहरूमा फोटो तथा सरकारी परिचयपत्र समावेश हुन्छन्।
गलत जानकारी पाइएमा सदस्यता तुरुन्त रद्द गरिनेछ।
English:
Vivaah Nepal provides matchmaking services to help clients find suitable partners.
Profiles will be matched according to the information provided by clients.
नेपाली:
उपयुक्त जीवनसाथी खोज्न मिलान (Matchmaking) सेवा प्रदान गरिनेछ।
ग्राहकको विवरण अनुसार प्रोफाइल मिलान गरिनेछ।
English:
Service fees must be paid in advance.
Charges may apply after successful connection arrangements.
Refunds are generally not available.
नेपाली:
सेवा शुल्क अग्रिम रूपमा लिइनेछ।
कनेक्ट गराइसकेपछि शुल्क लाग्न सक्छ।
भुक्तानी फिर्ता (Refund) सामान्यतया उपलब्ध हुने छैन।
English:
Clients' personal information will be kept confidential.
Information will not be shared with third parties without the client's consent.
नेपाली:
ग्राहकको व्यक्तिगत विवरण गोप्य राखिनेछ।
ग्राहकको अनुमति बिना तेस्रो पक्षलाई जानकारी दिइने छैन।
English:
Clients must provide truthful information.
Clients must treat other members respectfully.
Any illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
नेपाली:
सत्य जानकारी उपलब्ध गराउनुपर्छ।
अन्य सदस्यसँग सम्मानजनक व्यवहार गर्नुपर्छ।
कुनै पनि गैरकानुनी गतिविधि गर्न पाइने छैन।
English:
The company will make reasonable efforts to find suitable matches.
However, the company does not guarantee marriage or successful relationships.
नेपाली:
कम्पनीले उपयुक्त जोडी खोज्ने प्रयास गर्नेछ।
तर विवाह वा सम्बन्ध सफल हुने ग्यारेन्टी गरिने छैन।
English:
Vivaah Nepal shall not be responsible for personal relationships, disputes, or future disagreements arising between clients.
नेपाली:
ग्राहकहरूबीचको व्यक्तिगत सम्बन्ध, विवाद वा भविष्यमा उत्पन्न हुने कुनै पनि असहमति तथा समस्याका लागि कम्पनी जिम्मेवार हुने छैन।
